As part of the actions to position tourism in the country, the Salvadoran Chamber of Tourism, with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Corsatur, official sponsors and the organizing committee of Miss Turismo El Salvador 2022 have come together to organize an event that brings together Salvadoran beauty and talent.

 

Therefore, Miss Tourism will become a window that allows the promotion and visibility of tourist destinations in El Salvador.  Since the dynamics of the contest will be based on highlighting the best qualities of the destination for which the contestants will have the traditional preparations of beauty pageants, but with emphasis on the preparation of the destination they represent and thus, motivate local and foreign tourists to visit and consume the products and attractions that these places have. With this contest we are going to give a face to tourism in activities such as: business roundtables, fairs and events related to tourism.

 

Miss Tourism El Salvador 2022 will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, at a gala dinner on July 26, 2022.  

The president of the Salvadoran Chamber of Tourism, Carlos Umaña highlighted: “After the Pandemic, travel restrictions, and others. We are experiencing an awakening of Tourism in the country and we are working hand in hand with MITUR to continue positioning El Salvador as an important international destination. Miss Tourism is an event that will allow us to know the tourist attractions of our country”.

 

The President of Casatur also added that the Winner's prize is valued at $25 thousand dollars between university scholarships, cash and work, among others.

Step 3: Record a 30-40 second video in which you tell us why you want to represent that destination and a brief personal description. He added that during the training and training process, different activities will be carried out with the sponsoring brands.
